Dive Training subscriptions are processed within 48 hours of receipt of purchase. The first issue will arrive between 15 and 45 days of order, dependent on when the order is received in the publishing cycle. The mobile (digital) portion of the subscription, if chosen, will begin within ten days of the order.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. A refund will be provided for the ‘subscription value’ of the unmailed magazines. Ie: if a 12-month subscription is cancelled after six issues, the refund will equal the amount of the ‘subscription price’ of the remaining six issues. In addition Dive Training will impose a $5.00 service fee to process the refund. The credit will be issued only to the purchaser’s name and original method of payment. Allow ten days for refund.
Merchandise purchased through Dive Training is shipped via trackable delivery through United Parcel Service or Federal Express. No return or exchange is provided for purchased merchandise.
