What is it?
An upgrade to a popular Mares fin, or a “restyling of a legend,” the company says. Equipped with the patented Mares bungee strap, the Avanti Quattro + also features increased efficiency with the use of new hi-flex material, and four channels, which provides four times the thrusting power of the original. Mares’ Channel Thrust technology, which is inspired by marine mammals, makes the fins versatile and ideal in all diving conditions. It also maximizes the channeling of water and moves a much greater amount of water compared with other fins of the same size. The fin stabilizers improve stability, eliminating ankle twisting. The anatomical foot pocket conveys more power to the blade. It comes in six colors.
