Scubapro's MK2 EVO/R195
What is it?
An upgraded version of Scubapro’s popular MK2. It comes with the new XTIS, “extended thermal insulating system,” which increases freezing resistance in the first stage by 50 percent. In the second stage, airflow in the latest version is increased by 15 percent over its predecessor thanks to the classic downstream valve, which opens in the same direction as the incoming airflow. To close the valve and stop the airflow, a spring counteracts the force of the incoming air. Therefore, a certain inhalation effort is always required to overcome the spring tension and open the valve.
